Ingredients:
3 large bell peppers
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 Cup of rice
1 Egg
Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and Cayenne pepper to taste
2 Cans of tomato sauce
Tools:

Time:
Total - 2.5 hours
Prep - 15 minutes
Cooking - 2 hours
Directions:
Mix the 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup of rice, 1 egg, and salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne together.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
Fill a pot with 2 cans of tomato sauce and 1 can of water.
Place the stuffed peppers into a pot.
Bring the pot to a boil, cover the pot, and reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 2 hours. The peppers are done when the rice is fully cooked.
